Creative brief

Look

Warm Australian summer Christmas — beach walks at dusk, family dinners on the verandah, gum trees. Sustain wave uses quieter, warmer imagery. NO snow, NO reindeer, NO glossy US holiday tropes.

Copy tone

Christmas Eve message emphasises "we are with you, still" — no aggressive asks. BCNY switches to "one final act before the year closes" — still gentle, but with a concrete regular-giver ask.

Hook lines to draft against

Governance envelope — Every asset drafted for 2026-12 lands in /production as status=draft and cannot go live until a human reviewer clears all six compliance flags (RG 96 outcome language, composite labelled, no PII, no named case without consent, Australian English, brand consistent) under HAS §8.5. AI drafts at HA1-3; humans decide at HA4-5.
