How to send your changes back

Simplest way is to just reply to this email with a list. For each change, three fields keep the process clean:

1. Current wording — either the exact quote or "wherever we say X"
2. New wording — exact
3. Why the change — regulatory reason, ASIC/ACNC feedback, solicitor markup. This matters because it tells me whether the same change needs to propagate to related documents.

Example: "Change every 'under Australian Credit Licence 387398 held by Credit Mediation Services Pty Ltd' to 'under Australian Credit Licence 387398 (held by Credit Mediation Services Pty Ltd, of which Laurence Hugo is the sole authorised credit representative)'. Reason: RG 96 §96.61 — the licence-holder / authorised-representative relationship needs to be explicit on public-facing surfaces to avoid a misleading-representation risk."

You can be as specific or as broad as you want. Some changes might be a single-file tweak; others might be a phrase-level sweep across every occurrence.
