Everything Sprint 56 shipped, in one page. For Carla's close-out, for the board reputation surface, for anyone joining the LWD marketing surface who needs to know what the first-90-days operating layer looks like.
Purpose. Index. Not a summary. Not a highlight reel. A single page that lists every Sprint 56 artefact, groups them by shelf family (governance / collateral / referrer), states the compliance envelope preserved across the sprint, and points at the parent Marketing Hub for filed-piece navigation. Companion documents on this page: launch calendar, dashboard, playbook, and the governance envelope itself.
Compliance envelope preserved throughout Sprint 56. ABN, ACN, ACL 387398, mediation disclosure, complaints and privacy links, dignity floor. No beneficiaries are named or identified. Y1 audited numbers (31 cases · $1.82M debt resolved · 23-day average resolution · 52% average K10 drop · $1,840 average cost/case · 87c direct-service ratio) appear verbatim on every page that cites them.
Sprint 56 shipped the operating layer for the LWD launch window: the ops calendar, the metric surface, the reactive playbook, the review index (this page), and the launch collateral that will actually reach donor and referrer audiences between 1 Oct and 31 Dec 2026. Two shelf families were named and made visible in the Marketing Hub — how marketing is run at LWD (operating) and what marketing produces (output) — distinct from Registrations governance, which lives in its own cupboard.
The Sprint 56 ruling that shaped the sprint: governance and planning documents stay as static HTML because they are living operator manuals, not campaign collateral. Launch-week emails, founding-donor touches, and referrer briefs file onto Marketing Hub shelves as triad-approval pieces because they are the actual output audiences will meet. Everything shipped in Sprint 56 flows through the Hub — either as an operating-layer filing card pointing at the static page, or as a collateral piece filed on its correct output shelf.
Ten pieces file to Shelf 8 · marketing-governance with audience_type='operating'. This is the operator manual for the marketing function. Distinct from Registrations governance (ACNC/DGR/ACL 387398/board minutes) which lives in a separate cupboard entirely.
How the marketing function runs day-to-day. Corrina's on-boarding read. Sprint-cadence discipline, gate mechanics, voice-fill accounting.
Who escalates to whom, under what triggers, with what authority. The named-humans graph.
The blended-workforce charter. Delegated authority scope, standing orders, veto surfaces.
Register, cadence, permissions. The document that governs what “in Lisa's voice” means before Sprint 55.2 voice-capture returns.
The audience taxonomy. Founding-donor cohort, warm cohort, cold cohort, and the register-shift required between them.
The concrete edit surface for Lisa's review of drafts. Voice-fill workflow.
The strategic framing for the 90-day launch. Sprint 55.5 artefact; referenced from Sprint 56 for provenance.
The Sprint 56 master document. Every week of the launch, every scheduled action, every owner.
Daily and weekly cadence 1 Oct → 31 Dec 2026. Eight channels × 12 weeks. Three hard dates (25 Oct donate-flow, 2 Dec Giving Tuesday, 25–31 Dec dark period).
The five-gate governance framework itself. G1 through G5, gate authorities, weekly signature file, board reputation surface.
Three additional governance pieces were built in Sprint 56 and file to the same shelf:
Daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for the 90-day launch. 7 daily metrics, 12 weekly, 8 monthly. Named owners. Escalation thresholds.
8 named scenarios. Each with trigger, owner, decision tree, compliance discipline, retrospective. Covers dollar-take softness through privacy incidents through external narrative attack.
The review-pack index. What Sprint 56 shipped. For Carla's close-out signature.
Sprint 56 collateral files across the existing Marketing Hub output shelves. Not new shelves — the output taxonomy was in place from Sprint 41. Each Sprint 56 piece files as a triad-approval Hub row on its correct shelf, with the static page URL as the pointed-at artefact.
7-touch launch-week email sequence, 1–9 Oct 2026. Each touch: meta block, subject line, full body scaffold, voice-placeholder markers pending Lisa voice-fill.
6-touch stewardship cadence for the founding-donor cohort. 2 Oct → 30 Dec 2026. Lisa-signs discipline throughout. No generic-scaffold fallback available.
Palliative Care Australia. Per-target brief with the ask, Y1 data pack, practitioner-voice framing, objection risk, cover letter, T+0/T+8/T+21/T+40 follow-up cadence.
MND Australia. Per-target brief on the same structural pattern.
The close-out signature confirms:
/cosai-proposal.html is unchanged from the constitutional lock. Sprint 56 did not modify the proposal artefact.Voice-fill is Sprint 56's largest carry-over. Ten of the eleven Sprint 56 pages contain voice-placeholder markers — most of these will only be resolvable through Sprint 55.2 voice-capture with Lisa (some Laurence). Corrina's Monday review pack will surface voice-fill status weekly. Founding-donor touches specifically will not ship without voice-fill; they delay.
