We do one thing: we resolve consumer debt for people living with terminal, life-limiting, chronic or serious illness — and for their immediate families and primary carers. This means credit cards, personal loans, buy-now-pay-later balances, telco and utility arrears, and small informal debts. It does not mean mortgage debt, tax debt, or business debt.
The service is casework: an intake conversation, a documented plan the person agrees to, and then direct negotiation with creditors on the person's behalf until the debts are resolved. Free at the point of use. Australia-wide. Delivered by trained staff and supervised volunteers.
We accept referrals from GPs, palliative care nurses, oncology social workers, hospital discharge planners, and condition-specific bodies. People can also refer themselves via our website.
Governance: ACNC-registered PBI, ACNC Governance Standards, audited financial statements from year one, Annual Impact Report against a methodology published before the first year of operation.
